1) Nature of a pre-order

By placing a pre-order , you are purchasing an item that is not yet available. Any dates shown are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, certification, logistics, or other factors.

2) Pricing, taxes, and currency

Prices are shown in Euro and include taxes as displayed at checkout. Shipping, duties, and fees are calculated based on your delivery address and may change if you update it. If we adjust the product price before shipment, we will honour the lower price. If you pay in a different currency, your bank’s exchange rate and fees will apply.

3) Payment

• Your Card is charged when your order is placed by you and confirmed.

4) Cancellations & refunds

• You can cancel any time before shipment for a full refund to the original payment method.

5) Delays, allocations, and limits

Production and logistics may cause delays. We can limit quantities per customer and cancel any order for suspected fraud, abuse, resale, or pricing/stock errors (you’ll receive a prompt refund if already charged).

6) Large and Heavy Orders

If your pre-order includes large or heavy items, some may ship or be delivered separately.

7) Shipping & risk of loss

We ship via An Post . . You will receive tracking details if you choose and pay for tracked postage.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any non-waivable consumer protections in your place of residence.
