2. Ordering from RockNShop

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
• Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. A contract is formed only when we dispatch your items.

3. Prices and Payment

• All prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.
• We accept secure payment via Credit Cards.
• RockNShop reserves the right to change prices at any time.

4. Delivery

• We deliver within Ireland.
• Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delays may occur during peak times.
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

5. Returns and Cancellations (Online Orders)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2022.

To qualify:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• You must notify us in writing (email is fine) within 14 days of receiving your order.
• You then have another 14 days to return the item(s).

Exclusions:
Returns are not accepted for:

• Perishable items
• Custom or personalised goods
• Sealed items that were unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g. earrings)

Refunds:

• We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
• Original shipping charges are refunded only if the entire order is returned.

6. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within a reasonable time. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (logos, images, product descriptions) is the property of RockNShop and may not be used without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland and the European Union. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
